  •Metro Chicago Location #1 = 8hr & 12hr shifts. PRN accepted. Mon-Fri dates. B&B cases. No heads, no hearts, no OB. No call. 30-60 days to credential.
  •Metro Chicago Location #2 = 8hr & 10hr shifts. Part-time or Full-time accepted. Mon-Fri dates. Outpatient Surgery center. Variety of cases, no high acuity. No call. 30 days to credential.
  •Northern Illinois Location = 8hr shifts. PRN or Full-time accepted. Mon-Fri dates. B&B cases, some OB, ortho. No call. 6-15 cases/day. 60 days to credential.
  •Central Illinois Location = 8hr shifts. Full-time Locum or long-term, Perm interest CRNA needed. Mon-Fri dates. No call. General cases, some OB, Endo. 30-45 days to credential.

COVERAGE NEEDED: Flexible PRN moonlighting through full-time, locums or locum-to-perm CRNA coverage.

START DATES: As quickly as June 2018 or as late as August 2018.

PROVIDED: Competitive pay rates, travel/lodging expenses, flexible commitment options and full med-mal with tail.

ACCEPTED: Illinois licensed CRNAs with part or full-time availibility, short term or ongoing.
