Description
StaffMD has a healthcare organization client seeking Family Medicine physicians for two primary care clinics in the Northern Kentucky/Greater Cincinnati area. Great locations near sports, dining, shopping, art galleries, and family attractions. A wonderful area for an active lifestyle. Details are as follows:• BE/BC Family Medicine
• KY license
• Employed position
• 4 day work week, with one evening to 7:30
• 40 total working hours with 35 min. direct patient contact hours
• Daily patient volume: 22-24
• Call: Limited second level call via phone
• Base Salary: $190,000 with first year guarantee of $210,000
• Production Bonus (paid monthly):
o > 325 - 359 encounters at $20 per encounter
o > 360 encounters at $40 per encounter
• Quality Bonus: up to $21,000 per year when meeting goals
• CME: up to $2,800 per year reimbursement
• License and Association: up to $1,800 per year reimbursement
• Vacation:
o 240 hours PTO (PTO must be used for CME absences),
o 9 paid holidays (including birthday)
o Earn additional extended illness time
• Loan Repayment: NHSC loan eligibility
• Health/Dental/Vision/Life: portion paid by organization
• 401(k) with matching, 100% immediate vesting on the match
• NHSC loan eligibility
