Description
StaffMD has a hospital client in Oregon seeking a Urologist to join their new Urology team. The health system is among the top rated in the nation by Truven Health Analytics for the past 5 years. Live and work surrounded by picturesque mountains and a in temperate climate enhanced by the rain shadow, shielding the area from the much of the rainfall experienced by the Northwest. Enjoy abundant outdoor recreational activities, snow and water sports, rivers and lakes, excellent schools, wineries, the Shakespeare Festival, nearby university, and family-friendly communities. Practice details are as follows:• BC/BE Urology
• Robotics surgery training or experience highly desirable
• OR license or license eligible
• Provide Urological services to 3 hospitals in the area
• Year 1: Guaranteed base salary $450,000
• Year 2: Compensation the higher of:
• The guaranteed base salary or
• $/wRVU-based salary + performance incentives up to 16% of base salary
• $50,000 signing bonus
• $15,000 relocation assistance
• $7,000 annual CME allowance
• 30 days PTO per year
