Description
StaffMD has a healthcare system client seeking a Family Medicine physician for hospital-employed practice in Southern Wisconsin. Nationally recognized programs and over 250 board certified primary and specialty care physicians combine to make this among the most advanced community health care systems in the country. This integrated health network offers referral and community hospitals, multiple clinics, emergency services, heart center, neuroscience center, women's center, Level III NICU, a regional cancer center, breast center, surgery center, rehabilitation services, home health, hospice, assisted and independent living, and a health and fitness center for wellness. Practice details are as follows:
• BC/BE in Family Medicine
• WI license or license eligible
• 8 physician practice
• Outpatient only
• Obstetrics is optional (one of the MDs does OB)
• Infrequent Call 1:9
• Hospitalists admit adult patients at main hospital
• An excellent two-year guaranteed salary will be offered with an incentive formula from day one
• New FP grad starts at $215,000 for two-year guarantee with RVU-based incentive
• $20,000 signing bonus
• Health/Dental/Life/Disability/401(k)
• Medical Malpractice provided
• 6 weeks PTO for for vacation and CME
