StaffMD has a hospital client in Oregon seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their Work Health team. Work Health offers a full range of services including wellness and prevention programs, and treatment of on-the-job injuries. Details as follows:
Board certified NP or PA
2+ years experience Occupational Medicine
Employed position with medical group
Annual base salary $120,000
Performance incentives up to $10,000 a year starting year 2
$10,000 signing bonus
$10,000 relocation assistance
$3,000 annual CME allowance
30 days PTO annually
4 year service commitment
