Description
StaffMD has a large Mental Health center in Northeast Florida seeking a Psychiatric ARNP to join their team. This position will provide services for their Outpatient Programs. Practice details and position requirements are as follows:
• FL license or license eligible
• Master’s Degree in Nursing
• Current ANCC Certification in Psychiatric Nursing
• 1+ year experience in psychiatric nursing
• 1+ year experience working with chronically mentally ill adult population
• Provide diagnosis, medication, therapies, interventions and other approved treatment modalities for assigned caseload
• Assess and provide treatment to individuals in psychiatric crisis
• Ensure treatment plan with appropriate goals and objectives
• Prescribe medication in accordance with state licensure, protocol, and facility formulary
• Educate patient and families on medication and side effects
• Assist with referrals for additional health concerns
• Ability to work in team atmosphere and independently
• Employed position; FT & PT opportunities available
• Flexible schedule
• Base Salary of $115,000 to $125,000 (Based on experience)
