Description
StaffMD has been retained by a health system client in southern Ohio seeking a CRNA to join a well-established, hospital-employed Anesthesia group of 6 physicians and 14 CRNAs. Hospital is a non-profit with Magnet status and academic opportunities, and was named one of the Top 100 places to work by Fortune Magazine. Construction recently completed on a $100M expansion including 9 new general and Ortho suites, 2 cardiothoracic suites, and a dedicated vascular interventional suite. Practice details as follows: • BC/BE NBCRNA
• General Anesthesia, no hearts, OB/maternity, ENT, Ophthalmology, Ortho
• Caseload 3-5 on average but depends on room
• Total caseload ENT 6-8, OPH 10-12, Ortho 2-3
• Mon-Fri 7a-3p (cases start 7:30)
• Possibly one call day per week
• Weekend call 1:6
• Employed position / 2-year contract
• Potential base salary of $190,000 guaranteed for 2 years (5% less if not yet boarded, then adjusted upon board certification)
• Excellent bonus incentives up to 30% of salary
• Sign-on bonus: 15% of base salary (paid when contract signed, forgiven over 2 years)
• Moving expenses
• PTO: 4 weeks plus holidays/sick days (29 PTO days)
• Deferred comp plan 457(b) - no matching
• Retirement Plan 403(b) with matching
• Health insurance: you pay a small premium deducted from paycheck
• CME/Books & Journals: 5 days PTO and up to $5,000 annually
