As a Physician you will:
•  Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with Doctors Medi Center policies and procedures to ensure top quality treatment and service
•  Order and interpret diagnostic laboratory tests
•  Perform various physical exams, including DOT Physicals
•  Evaluate and treat Workers Compensation patients
•  Perform minor procedures such as injections, immunizations, suturing and wound care
•  Stabilize sprains and fractures; Order Physical Therapy and referrals to specialists
•  Maintain thorough and accurate records, documenting patient evaluation and treatment, prescribing medications, and reporting patient progress
•  Document patient charges for billing purposes
•  Collaborate with all other Physicians and licensed/certified professional health care professionals who provide healthcare to the facility’s patients

Qualifications:
•  DOT Certification is required or willingness to obtain immediate certification
•  Must be licensed in the state of New Jersey
•  Graduate from an accredited M.D or D.O. program
•  Minimum of 1-3 years post graduate experience as a licensed Physician in primary care, occupational medicine, emergency medicine or urgent care setting is preferred
•  Knowledge of professional medical practices related to treatment of work-related illness and injuries is preferred
