ENT to join a busy practice consisting of two Surgeons, two Physician Assistants and an excellent support staff! This position offers a lucrative compensation package with a guaranteed base of $425K+ performance incentives of up to 16% of base salary, $50K signing bonus, $15K relocation assistance and a strong benefits plan with 30 days of paid time off per year.
