Description
Lead an interdisciplinary care team that provides home-based palliative care. This is a flexible, team-based role. Provide oversight for an interdisciplinary care team. Coordinate care with primary care physicians and perform palliative care consultations in person and using telemedicine. You will also provide medical oversight for advance practice nurses. Clinical experience and administrative skills are required for this position. A strong financial and benefit package will be offered.
