Three busy Primary Care practices are seeking Nurse Practitioners to join their offices. These practices are members of , a large group of independent primary care practitioners with offices throughout Vermont and upstate New York. Brattleboro, VT. Bennington, VT. and Burlington, VT. Depending on the availability of the nurse practitioner and the needs of each office, these positions are scheduled to provide patient care 5 days per week. A competitive compensation and benefits package is offered commensurate with experience. We use state-of-the-art technology, and all offices are recognized under the NCQA patient-centered medical home recognition program. The three recruiting practices have a strong affiliation with their respective community hospitals along with Dartmouth/Hitchcock Medical Center and University of Vermont Medical Center. Scope of practice encompasses diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions and performing care relating to health maintenance and disease prevention through patient education, immunizations, and physicals.
