Pain Management
Medication Management
opening for an experienced Nurse Practitioner responsible for patient care of ongoing chronic pain patients in need of medications management. Working under the supervision of and in collaboration with APM physicians, diagnose symptoms and implement treatment plans to reduce pain and restore function. Perform medical histories, examine and treat patients as part of a healthcare team. This role is intended to serve multiple APM locations involving travel to regional locations.
Salary dependent on experience
The role requires the ability to travel to regional sites at least 50% of the time. Must be certified and licensed in the State of Wisconsin.
