We are looking for Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP) to provide outpatient mental health services to participants who are recovering from severe and persistent mental health illnesses that promotes recovery, assist patients with the connection of community resources, and provides services aimed at helping the member improve his/her overall quality of life.

Job Description:

Under direction, performs mental health evaluations and treatment including psycho-social assessments of individuals, establishes psychiatric diagnosis; orders and evaluates diagnostic tests; formulates treatment plans and manages follow-up care; and performs other work as required.Immediate full-time and part-time vacancies are available.
