RESPONSIBILITIES
? Provide primary care to patients in a professional and personable manner, leading to trust,
engagement, and positive health outcomes for patients
? Maintain current Oregon licensure and certification
? Practice with professionalism and maintain a calm demeanor with patients and clinical team
? Respond to patient lab, imaging, and referral results in a timely manner as directed by internal
policy
? Accurately and efficiently chart patient visits via our EHR system
? Coordinate with the team to identify care gaps and implement quality improvements
necessary in order to deliver the highest quality of patient care
? Clearly communicate with staff and management at all times
? Engage in health promotion activities in our community

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
experience in a family practice setting. Those with rural experience are preferred
though this is not required.
? Must have DEA certificate and OR license upon start
? Experience in an urgent care setting is preferred due to clinic’s rural location
? Malpractice claim history will be examined and a background check will be performed

COMPENSATION
? $110,000 to $130,000 based on experience and hours worked
? $10,000 sign-on bonus
? Health/dental/vision coverage for you and your family after 45 days
