Family practice NP/PA who will also provide ER and inpatient coverage.  This is a Rural Health Clinic and 33-bed Critical Access Hospital with avg 10-15 clinic patients/provider/day, avg daily inpatient census of 0.5, avg monthly ER visits of 40, long term care census of 21, skilled swing bed census of 1.  Because of our rural nature, we need a family practice NP/PA who will work in all these areas.  Patient volumes don’t justify having just an exclusive ER provider or a hospitalist.  We don’t do surgery or OB. We have a full-service lab with some bacteriology and blood banking, basic x-ray, and physical/occupational/speech therapy.
