Position – Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
•         Location – Provider will float between our sites in Long Island City, Astoria, Brooklyn, and the Bronx to provide coverage for providers who are on PTO.
•         Specialty – Family Practice

•         Hours/Shifts – Monday-Friday, 9-5
•         Salary Range - $111,000 plus full benefits
•         Desired Experience – Board Certified Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience, preferably in an outpatient, primary care environment
