Immediate need for a Pharmacist to join a Community Health / FQHC group in Northern NH Lets DiscussPosition: Pharmacist
Salary, contracted Hours of Operations: Monday - Friday: 0800 - 1700 CME: (40) hours annually, $1500.00 reimbursable expenses (prorated based on FTE)
Licenses: State License; New Hampshire. DEA reimbursable
Professional Dues: Professional Fees and journals $500.00 (prorated based on FTE)

Paid Time off (PTO): (200) hours annually (prorated based on FTE)
