• Adult/Family Nurse Practitioner
• Nursing home experience a plus Required licenses or certifications:
• Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) Certificate
• NYS Nurse Practitioner License/Registration ARNP Family Adult Advanced Practice Provider FNP APN
