Immediate need for a Psych certified Nurse Practitioner to join a well established / growing Community Health / Behavioral Health group in Joliet. Lets dicussMultiple locales Multiple opportunities for Addiction and or Behavioral Health Loan repayment (50K for two year commitment) full time / benefited 85K-100K DOE Provide the full scope of services which fall under provider’s field of training, including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care, and electronic health record (EHR) maintenance, while following guidelines contained within the quality management, risk management, infection control, customer service and safety programs for our group Psych Psychiatry Psychiatric Mental Health Behavioral Health Advanced Practice Provider
