•  1:6 Call Schedule for ED/MD Consult Calls for OE Patients; No Trauma Call, but opportunity may exist to cover call.

•  There are 80 FTE’s with 6.5 PA’s. All PA’s perform a combination of first assist in surgery and running their own clinic schedule. PA’s cover call for practice and inpatients.
•  Typical schedule of 2 days in clinic, 3 days in surgery or vice versa.
•  In the most recent 12 months, providers saw ~48,393 office visits, saw 8,168 new patients, and performed more than 4,900 90 day global surgical cases.
•  Equity buy-in at partnership, no upfront investment. Partnership eligibility after 2 years
•  Practice has great patients who appreciate the care they receive with high patient satisfaction results and great patient reported outcomes.
