-Assume panel of 1200 patients
-Hospital/clinic renovated in 2015
-24/7 ER Coverage by 3rd party; on-call providers do admissions
-Providers care for own patients during the day
-22 Licensed Beds; 5-6 daily census
-X Ray & Lab located adjacent to clinic in the hospital
-2-3 shared exam rooms in clinic
-Support staff
-Clinic reaches population of 16,000
-Location meets requirements for state based loan assistance from HSPA
