The HCA Gulf Coast Division (Houston Market) cardiovascular business strategy has a significant focus around creating a foundational Heart Failure ecosystem, inclusive of NPs, clinic infrastructure, and patient navigation to help feed the proposed Mechanical Circulatory Support program at HCA Medical Center.

This individual would assist with the creation and implementation of a heart failure clinic structure across the greater Houston community, which is critical to success of the mechanical circulatory support program.

2021: Build of 6 HCA Houston Community HF Clinics
2022: 3 additional clinics to launch
2023: 1 additional clinic to launch

This individual will provide valuable coverage and support for the Division Medical Director, Dr. Pranav Loyalka, across the division.

There is alignment with the University of Houston, as well as the HCA Research Institute (HRI), based out of Nashville, Tennessee, which allows HCA Houston Healthcare’s research reputation to flourish.

This individual would provide bandwidth to implement the heart failure clinic build across the greater Houston community, which is critical to success of the VAD & transplant program at HCA Medical Center.
