Description
An outpatient general psychiatrist is needed at a health system in Georgia due to growth. There is also growth opportunity to become a medical director in 18 months. The incoming physician will perform psychiatric evaluations, both routine and emergent and prescribe medications and perform medication management. The facility is accepting candidates who are board-certified or board-eligible MD/DO trained in general psychiatry. Work Monday through Friday or 4, 10-hour shifts with no call or weekends required. The incoming psychiatrist will see 18 to 24 patients per day of all ages. Come work with a staff of psychologists, advanced practice providers, and mid-levels. For this partnership-track position, you will receive a competitive compensation, full comprehensive benefits, and PTO. The medical director position would result in significant increase in compensation. Come live and practice in the greater Savannah, Georgia area.
