Medical Director / Clinic

We are seeking a qualified Medical Director who is Board Certified in Family Practice and Internal Medicine to join our rapidly growing and expanding team for immediate hire in Louisville, KY!

We offer the following compensation:

  • $260,000 base salary (depending on experience)
  • $40,000 yearly bonus!
  • Full health, vision, dental, LTC, STD, and life insurance benefits
  • 401k with employer match
  • CME allowance of $3,500 and time off
  • 16 days of PTO in the first year

Work Schedule:

  • Clinic hours are 7:30am – 5pm M – F
  • No weekends

Medical Director / Clinic

Responsibilities:

  • Take part in the hiring/firing of team members
  • Take part in identifying future leaders/coaching/mentoring/one-on-ones direct reports
  • Take part in Performance Improvement Plans for the providers reporting to them

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Must Be Board Certified in IM or FP (internal Medicine or Family Practice)
  • Direct oversight over at least one physician or 2+ APRNs/PAs for a minimum of 2-3 years
    • ***Supervision/chart review of APRNs/PAs does not count as direct oversight
