Description
An exciting medical director opportunity is available at an ambulatory geriatric outpatient setting right outside of Chicago due to growth. This position is 75% clinical and 25% administrative. The work schedule will be Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 5 pm. The incoming physician must have prior medical director experience. Experience managing physicians' one-on-ones, involvement in hiring and firing, monitoring of performance improvement plans, and budget plans are required.
