Description
A growing multispecialty group in central California is planning to hire an additional family medicine or internal medicine physician. The group needs assistance with the high demand from the community. Primary care physicians will see 20 outpatients per day on average in a beautiful, new, state-of-the-art clinic. You will work a 40-hour workweek, but will have the option to work 4, 10-hour days or Monday through Friday. Phone calls are triaged by nurses and average less than 1 per week. You will be supported by advanced practice providers and other physicians. They welcome candidates who are board certified or board eligible. You will receive a base salary starting at $240K with $90K in bonus potential. You will also be provided with medical benefits that are 100% paid for doctor and family, vacation, relocation reimbursement, a sign-on bonus, life insurance, CME time, a 401(k) with matching, and malpractice coverage.
