We are seeking a qualified Interim Director of Quality for an immediate opening in Virginia for a 3-month local contract! Under the direction of the CNO, the Director of Quality will provide oversight of Quality, Safety, and Accreditation. Director will be responsible for raising clinical standards, helping build a culture of safety, and raising awareness of quality within the community and team members.

Responsibilities:
Oversight of Quality, Safety, and Accreditation
Working knowledge/Experience with DNV Accreditation Standards
Working knowledge/Experience with CMS Core Standards
Measurement and Reporting of Quality Metrics and Indicators
Reporting directly to the CNO
Highly visible role both with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements/Qualifications:
Must be a registered RN in VA (or compact)
BSN required, MSN preferred
Knowledge of DNV and quality metrics/indicators is required.
Should have at least 5 years of experience at the director level
Must have an experience with a small hospital setting
Commitment to providing quality health care services with compassion and dignity.
