Description
An opportunity for a geriatric focused physician is now available in Louisiana. Come join a medical director/clinic administrator, 1 PCP MA for each physician, a care coordinator, referral coordinator, and pharmacist partners. Experience working with physicians to strategize and develop measurable improvements in the quality of clinical care and patient satisfaction would be a plus, along with medical quality and performance improvement experience. The ideal candidate will be geriatric fellowship trained or experienced and bilingual in English and Spanish. This employed opportunity has a competitive compensation package with a quality bonus of up to 20% of your base salary paid quarterly. - New practice with 12 exam rooms, X-ray, and labs on-site
- 100% outpatient position
- 8 am to 5 pm plus phone-only triaged call
- 12 to 16 patients per day
