Description
Join this well-established growing practice in Connecticut as either a family medicine physician or internist. They are affiliated with a prestigious organization, and offers a great work/life balance with no nights or weekends, minimal call schedule, and is 100 percent outpatient seeing all ages. You will see an average of 20 to 25 patients per day. There is a full suite of practice management services that allow the physicians to focus on patient care. Physicians may be board eligible if they are two years out of residency. This employed model offers a competitive compensation package and excellent benefits. You will enjoy a two or three year guarantee for base salary, then transitions to a productivity-based RVU model. You may also receive loan repayment, medical benefits, a 403B, vacation time, and malpractice insurance. This position is located in Groton, midway between New York and Boston. Groton is the largest municipality between New Haven, Connecticut, and the cities surrounding Providence, Rhode Island.
