- Outpatient, ambulatory setting
- Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 5 pm
- Phone call is shared among the group
- Physician will treat ages 65 and older and see an average of 20 daily
- On-site services and equipment for treating geriatric patients
- Must be board certified with at least 1 year of experience
