- General and higher acuity cases including vascular and trauma
- 95% supervision
- 2 facility locations
- Average of 1 weekend call per month
- 130 miles east of Houston, 120 miles from Baton Rouge, and 30 miles north of the Gulf of Mexico
- Town of 75K in a lake region in a metro statistical area 200K combined
