Description
Job Description: Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an opportunity for a civilian Dentist at Peterson Air Force Base, in Colorado Springs, CO. This contract position offers: - Full-time opportunity, Monday through Friday - 8 hour days, 40 hours per week - No nights, weekends, or holidays - No malpractice insurance hassles - Working primarily with a healthy, active duty population to Examine, diagnose, and treat diseases, abnormalities, injuries, and dysfunctional disorders of the oral cavity and its associated structure Job Requirements: The Dental Position will have the following requirements: - Any active state dental license - Shall hold a doctor of dental surgery or a doctor of dental medicine degree from an American Dental Association accredited college or university - Possess a valid Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) number in order to write prescriptions for controlled substances - At least 1 year of experience of clinical dentistry out of the last 18 months Company Overview: Spectrum Healthcare Resources (SHR) was established in 1988 to deliver systems and processes designed to meet the unique needs of Military and VA Health Systems.
