Flexible block schedule can be 7 on and 7 off or similar to average 15 shifts per month
Mostly day shifts but may have some nights during the year
Will consider IM or FM physicians with current inpatient experience
Reasonable patient census of 12 to 16
Possible to pick up extra shifts for additional income
ACLS, ventilator management, and perform some stress tests
