- Join another physician in a private practice
- Monday through Friday schedule
- 1:6 call that is shared with others in the area and can be taken from home
- Hospital has a level 3A NICU and handles 3,500 deliveries per year
- Can mentor new graduates
- Spanish would be a plus, but not required
