- Base salary plus RVU based incentive
- In clinic from 8 am to 5 pm, 8 am to 9 am is dedicated administrative time
- 1:5 call, only on call in one hospital at a time
- Neonatologist on staff at the hospitals
- Both hospital have a da Vinci robot
- Board certified or board eligible
- Spanish would be a plus
