An outpatient clinic in Arkansas is seeking a medical director to join their team. The ideal candidate will be board certified with an active Arkansas medical license in hand. This employed position offers an annual salary of $260K without lodging and $250K with lodging. You will also receive health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement savings plan, malpractice insurance, 20 days of PTO, and 10 federal holidays. - Full comprehensive benefits and malpractice coverage
- Outpatient primary care only (95% practitioner and 5 % leadership)
- Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm
- No call, nights, or weekends

- Patient census on average is 8 - 11 per day
