Locations needed: Rockledge, Melbourne
Eight clinics and a mobile unit from Titusville to Malabar, on Florida’s gorgeous Space Coast, with 72 miles of beaches, a beautiful Intracoastal waterway, and quick access to the Orlando area attractions. We are home to the Kennedy Space Center, where manned space flight has once again brought many new opportunities and the best and brightest minds to this area. The Space Coast is an affordable place to live and is the home to many high technology companies including Harris, Northrup Grumman, Embraer, and Collins, to name a few.

Our objective is to provide a primary health care home for our patients by providing family medicine, pediatrics, dental, urgent care, behavioral health, OB/GYN, specialty care, and pharmacy. We currently serve over 55,000 patients annually!

We are currently expanding operations in Melbourne and Rockledge The salary is 200-220K DEO. With an option of up to an additional 15K annually for productivity 18 patients on average daily for the 15K. Since we are funded by HRSA, there is also a student loan forgiveness of 50K for every two years of service, up to 4 years.

GENERAL EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Pediatrics from an accredited medical school. Board Certified within two (2) years of completion of residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Pediatrics.

Clear and active Florida Medical License

Active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) License

Minimum three (3) years of experience as a practicing physician; experience in a primary health care environment, community health center or Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) preferred

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association

Proficient in Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills

Extensive knowledge of the information and techniques needed to diagnose and treat human injuries, diseases, and ailments. This includes symptoms, treatment alternatives, drug properties, and interactions, and preventative healthcare measures
