Connecticut hospital system with an established hospitalist program and academic affiliation
Academic hospitalist with an IM residency program at the hospital
Monday to Friday day schedule from 8 am to 4 pm and 1 weekend per month
No ICU and no procedures
Reasonable patient census of 15 to 18 per shift
4 to 5 hospitalist plus the chief hospitalist is on during the day shift
