Salary guarantee for 1 year then partnership and RVU

Opening a new clinic in June of 2023
Work alongside 2 other radiation oncologists
Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm with a shared call schedule
Inpatient consults is 2 to 3 per week
Open to current fellows
2.5 hours to Seattle or 90 minutes to Spokane and close to skiing and loads of outdoor activities
