- 7 on and 7 off blocked day schedule with some night blocks shared with other hospitalists
- Both day and night shifts are 10 hours
- Reasonable 15 to 18 daily patient census
- Will need to run codes, some vent management, and see patients in a small ICU
- 3 hospitalists on per day and 1 nocturnist at night
- Hospital-employed position with base salary, bonus incentives, and benefits package
