Medical Group is seeking a BE/BC Geriatrics Physician to join a team of exceptional providers in an established practice that offers 12 specialties and subspecialties. This position offers 2 ½ days in the outpatient clinic and 2 days providing nursing home care. Geriatric fellowship training desired, not required.

• Join an existing Physician, Nurse Practitioner and RN team
• Clinic offers a full range of healthcare services to include: primary & preventative care, immediate care, specialty care, Lab, X-ray, ultrasound and ECHO
• Built-in referral network from Immediate Care and other specialties
• System-wide integrated EMR - EPIC
