• Lead a well-established team of neonatologists and NNPs
• Level III, 55-bed unit with ADC of 35-40; HFV, nitric oxide, and whole-body cooling
• Block schedule of 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off with call taken from home
• Some newborn nursery coverage (approximately 60%)
• An NNP provides 24/7 in-house support with an on-call neonatologist on standby
• Nurse-led transport team provides coverage to multiple level I and level II hospitals in the region
