- Medical director responsibilities
- 4-day workweek with a 1:9 shared call schedule
- Call is mostly done at home
- Average 8 to 10 patients per day, inpatient census is usually 0 to 3
- Ability to treat hem-onc and keep up with leadership needs of the facility
- Ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience
