ICC (Intensive Care Consortium) is looking for experienced acute care nurse practitioners or physician assistants to join our staff at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital in Trinity, FL.

Qualified Candidates:
19-bed medical and surgical ICU and 15-bed cardiovascular ICU
24/7 coverage – 1 MD & 1 APP - day/ 1 MD & 1 APP - night
Additional coverage through ACGME-accredited residency and fellowship programs
Fulltime (15 shifts/mo) - 5 days and 10 nights/monthly; rotated 7 am - 7 pm/7pm - 7am
APP providers must be proficient with, and credentialed to perform routine critical care procedures including central and arterial line placement, thoracentesis, intubations and management of mechanical ventilation, work independently, and be able to carry patient load of 8-10 patients per shift.
3-5-day block scheduling
Acute care certification required for NPs; 2-3 years' experience in the ICU for PAs. Whether NP or PA, would prefer 2+ years' experience in critical care
