HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is currently seeking full-time W2, hospital-employed highly skilled CRNAs with a minimum of 2 years’ experience, and New Grads are also considered to join the growing team at Riverside Community Hospital in Riverside, CA. This 478-bed acute care facility is a Level I Trauma Center. Hospital leadership is fully engaged and supportive of the Anesthesia department and fosters an environment of excellent patient care. Highlights of Opportunity: Staffing model of 18 Anesthesiologists and 23 CRNAs covering 15 ORs averaging about 10k cases annually with about 4k deliveries CRANS place their own lines and perform all blocks. Diverse mix of cases including Neuro Interventional, OB, Robotic Surgery, & peds 2 years old and above Flexible Schedule – 8, 10, 12, 16 & 24 hour shifts available; averaging 40 hours/week Able to pick up extra shifts, but not required Anesthesia leadership team is a partner to CRNAs and fosters independence Excellent and collaborative leadership team from the CEO on down Compensation/Benefits Package: Competitive Base Comp with a commencement bonus Relocation assistance if needed CME Reimbursement Annually One of the best 401K matching programs Competitive compensation package with full benefits, employee stock purchase plan, and malpractice covered 100% with tail coverage not required Located in the Southeast part of California just east of LA in an area known as the Inland Empire.
