Description
Health Clinic is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join our exceptional primary care team.
- This provider will join 4 physicians and 4 mid-level providers in the Family Medicine Clinic.
- The clinic also offers an ExpressCare clinic, Pain Management, Behavioral Health, a dental clinic, and Diabetes services. General Surgery and Orthopedics available. Podiatry, Cardiology,
- Dermatology and Pulmonology specialists are regularly available as visiting physicians through our Specialty Clinic.
- Each FM provider has dedicated support staff including an MA and virtual scribe.
- Leadership structure in the clinic consists of a Medical Director (Physician), Clinic Manager, Clinic Support Staff Supervisor (RN) and Office Support Staff Supervisor.
- The EMR is Meditech Expanse and providers are supported by a Clinical Informatics RN.
- Patient volume is 13-17/day.
- 3 or 4 day work week, no call/OB
