Our Providers, Nurses, and Staff provide help to the community in ways some patients previously thought was not possible. • Seeking family medical provider who has an expansive scope of practice, which encompasses care for newborns through end of life; with a focus on women’s health services that includes LARC insertion and prenatal care in low risk patients.
• Working in a team-based care delivery model that integrates behavioral health services into the delivery of primary care.
• No supervisory responsibility of health center staff.
• Contribute to the ongoing knowledge enhancement of clinical staff in order to achieve the best possible clinical outcomes for patients.
