TriStar Centennial Medical Center is seeking an enthusiastic Family Medicine physician, with interest in providing adult primary care, to join an established group in Nashville, Tennessee. Qualifications Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine Tennessee licensure or ability to obtain Training must be obtained by an accredited program of the ACGME or AOA DEA with full prescriptive authority Interest in providing adult primary care in an outpatient setting Commitment to providing high quality, evidenced based patient care Available to begin practice in 2024 Practice Setting Established, well-managed, primary care practice 1 Family Medicine physician, 1 Internal Medicine and 2 advanced practitioners Office located in new Health Park office building In office services include EKG, lab, and minor surgical procedures PHONE Call responsibility is 1:5 and requires NO admitting. No ER unassigned call. Courtesy privileges only.
