Description
PROVIDERS NEED TO COMPLETE PHYSCAL EXAMS FOR ACTIVE MILITARY MEMBERS* TRAVEL WILL BE COVERED BY QTC *FLEXIBLE DATES AND WEEKENDS ONLY *Minimum of one to two (1-2) years of primary care experiences in outpatient clinic setting
•Graduate of an accredited program
•ACLS certification required. Active, non- restricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License and DEA
