Health Center is seeking BE/BC Family Medicine Physicians for its northwest Indiana locations. Group offers an integrated approach to total wellness, with the focus on both mental and physical wellness.
- Flexible Schedule - 5, 8-hour days or 4, 10 hours days
- max average of 30 patients per day
Services offered include:
Digital x-ray, ultrasound, bone density scan, mammography, and laboratory services are also present on-site. A fully functional pharmacy is available at 2 locations.
